Our Story
Located in beautiful Southern Georgian Bay on the shores of Penetanguishene, Crooked Anchor Logistics is a delivery service that specializes in servicing boat access properties among the 30,000 islands. Crooked Anchor Logistics was incorporated in July 2020 with Owner/Operator Evan Lahaie as the sole shareholder of the company. “Our focus is the delivery and or removal of building materials, large items (furniture, appliances...) and people (sub trades) to remote access properties. The developments of boat access properties are growing, and as a result, there is a growing need in the market for a business that specifically caters to the delivery needs of these property owners.”

Evan is no stranger to the Georgian Bay cottage scene as his family is currently celebrating their 75th years anniversary at their cottage located in Cognashene. “My great grandfather built our cherished family cottage in 1945. I feel that I’m going back to my roots as my grandfather was a caretaker for many of the original cottagers in Cognashene. Being a cottager myself, I understand the need for a professional company that can handle the delivery needs of this demographic, paired with the experience of navigating the challenges of Georgian Bay."
